Terms
Rules for using the LightLab3D shop, placing orders, payments, delivery, complaints and cancellation.
1. Preliminary provisions and Seller details
The online shop operating at https://lightlab3d.eu is run by LIGHTLAB3D LTD, Company No. 17357718, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
The Seller can be contacted at hello@lightlab3d.eu and by phone at +447785734782. These Terms set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, entering into sales contracts and providing electronic services.
The Customer should read these Terms before placing an order. The document is made available free of charge in a form that can be saved and printed.
2. Definitions
Seller — LIGHTLAB3D LTD. Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational entity making purchases in the Shop. Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights — a natural person entering into a contract connected with business activity but not of a professional nature for that person. Product — an item, service or digital content available in the Shop. Order — the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at entering into a sales contract.
3. Services provided electronically
The Shop provides the order form and other functions required to browse the range and make a purchase free of charge. The order-form service is one-off and ends when an order is submitted or the order process is abandoned.
To use the Shop, you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and an active email address. The Customer must use the Shop in accordance with law and generally accepted standards of conduct.
4. Products, prices and placing orders
Products presented in the Shop are new and lawfully placed on the market. Prices are gross prices and are displayed in Polish zloty. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
To place an order, the Customer selects a Product and variant, adds it to the cart, provides the data required for fulfilment, chooses delivery and payment, accepts these Terms and confirms the order using a button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay.
An automatic confirmation that the order has been registered does not yet mean that it has been accepted for fulfilment. The contract is concluded once the Seller sends confirmation that the order has been accepted. When announcing a price reduction, the Seller displays the lowest price from the period required by law.
5. Payments
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include bank transfer, electronic payments, card, BLIK or cash on delivery, depending on the current Shop configuration.
For advance payments, the Customer should pay within 7 calendar days of conclusion of the contract. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order. The sales document is provided in the selected form and in accordance with applicable law.
6. Delivery and fulfilment time
Delivery is available across Europe through suitable courier companies. In Poland, InPost parcel lockers and other collection points may also be available. Exact delivery methods, costs and estimated times are shown during checkout.
Total fulfilment time includes product preparation and delivery by the carrier. Standard models are usually prepared within 1–2 working days, while transit time depends on the destination country and selected service.
7. Complaints and lack of conformity
The Seller is liable to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights for a Product’s lack of conformity with the contract under applicable law. A complaint may be submitted by email to hello@lightlab3d.eu or in writing to the Seller’s registered office.
The complaint should include the Customer’s details, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the problem, the Customer’s requested remedy and contact details. Where necessary, the Seller may ask for photos or for the product to be returned. If the complaint is accepted, reasonable return costs are borne by the Seller.
In the first instance, the Customer may request repair or replacement. In situations provided for by law, the Customer may request a price reduction or cancel the contract. A Consumer complaint will be answered within 14 calendar days.
8. Right to cancel the contract
A Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights may generally cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation statement may be sent to the registered office or to hello@lightlab3d.eu.
The Product must be returned no later than 14 days after the cancellation statement is submitted. The Customer bears the direct return cost and is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
The right to cancel does not apply in cases specified by law, in particular to non-prefabricated products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised to meet individual needs.
9. Product reviews
A review may require contact details and an order number to confirm the purchase. Reviews are published after verification. The Seller does not publish or commission fake reviews and does not distort their content.
Illegal, vulgar, advertising or product-unrelated content, or content that infringes third-party rights, may be rejected or removed.
10. Personal data protection
LIGHTLAB3D LTD is the controller of personal data. Data is processed in connection with order fulfilment, contact, payments, delivery, complaints and legal obligations. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy available in the Shop.
11. Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may use available out-of-court complaint and dispute-resolution methods, including assistance from competent consumer-protection bodies. Use of such methods is voluntary and subject to the conditions set by the relevant body.
12. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable generally binding law. These Terms may be amended for valid reasons such as changes in law, payment methods, delivery or the scope of Shop functionality.
Changes do not affect rights acquired before they take effect. Orders placed earlier are fulfilled under the Terms in force on the date the order was placed. This version is effective from 26 July 2026.
